NYC Tuition Assistance Endowment

The NYC Tuition Assistance Endowment is administered by the Oregon Community Foundation (OCF), with guidance from NYC’s Board of Directors. NYC’s partnership with OCF allows the Endowment to be part of a large, diversified, professionally managed portfolio at a much lower cost than if this Endowment were managed separately. OCF has promoted philanthropy since 1973 and manages 600 funds with combined assets of over $300 million. The Spirit Mountain Community Fund (the philanthropic arm of the Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde) supports non-profit organizations in an 11-county area of Western Oregon. Since 1997 the fund has given over $40 million to support public safety, health, education, culture, environment, problem gaming and historic preservation.
